A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice (law). Arbitrator of the Public Procurement Office in 1996-2007, court expert and advisor in the field of public procurement.
Chairwoman of the sectoral procurement group in the Polish Association of Public Procurement(PSZP).
Author of numerous books of scientific works, including: Sectoral procurement according to the new PPL Act, Public procurement contract (according to the new PPL act), Commentary to the new Public Procurement Law act (MustRead Media Publishing House).
Since 1995, she has been conducting training and workshops in the field of negotiations, economic law and public procurement law.
