President and founder of the Polish Association of Public Procurement (PSZP), the largest organization in Poland associating practitioners of public procurement. Since 2013, the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Contracting authority. Public Procurement in Practice”. He is also the publisher and editor-in-chief of the following magazines: Contruction Law, Data Protection Magazine, Labor Law, Taxes.

Author of numerous scientific publications, including the Commentary on the Public Procurement Law of 2004 and the Commentary on the Public Procurement Law of 2019.

The owner of the MUST READ MEDIA publishing house, the largest organizer of legal conferences in
Poland.
